Obtain from Willow
in Desolace (NE of Kodo Graveyard) and collect 25 Theradric Crystal Carvings
from the instance for a green armor item.
The Pariah's Instructions

Obtained from
Centaur Pariah
in Desolace. Kill mobs both inside and outside the instance (5 Khans)
and combine the gems they drop to make the amulet needed for the quest.
Outcome is a cool trinket and XP.

Begins at Cavindra in the orange crystal caverns outside the
instance. You get the from Lord Vyletongue in the purple passage,
and the rod from Noxxion in the orange part. Completing this quest
leads to:
The Scepter of Celebras

You take the result of the above quest to Celebras who turns it
into a Scepter that will teleport you into Marudon.

Begins with Zæetar's Sprit in Maradon. You may need to have completed
the Corruption of Earth and Seed - I can't tell. Anyhow, this guy
gives you a seed to take to Moonglade for XP.
